Custom Plush China is a custom plush toy manufacturer based in Shenzhen, Guangdong — the part of China where most of the world’s soft toys are actually made. We produce for character brands, illustrators, sports teams, museums, agencies and distributors across Europe, North America, Japan, Korea, Latin America and the Middle East.
We are a factory, not an agency. Pattern making, cutting, embroidery, sewing, stuffing and finishing all happen under one roof, which is why we can commit to a 100-piece minimum and still hold retail-grade quality. When you ask why a seam sits where it does, the answer comes from the person who drew the pattern.
Most of our customers arrive with a character and no idea how to turn it into a physical product. That is the part we are good at: telling you which details will survive being sewn at scale, which ones will quietly disappear, and what the difference costs.
